Frequently asked questions about my store, or other things you might wonder about!

When will my order be shipped?
-I ship out orders twice a week, depending on how many active orders I currently have. I try to ship either on mon/fri. You will be notified when it has shipped.

My order didn't arrive, what happens now?
-If your order didn't arrive within the estimated times, there may be delays up to a week or two within the country I am attempting to ship to. If the package is lost, there's unfortunately nothing I can do. If the package returns to me, I will contact you again before attempting to ship a second time.

I received the wrong item!
-If I have packaged a wrong item, you can either ship it back to me and I'll send you the correct item (free shipping -to- you!) Or you can ask for a partial refund for the item.

When will new items arrive?
-I try to create a few designs every few months or so, and it takes about 2~weeks to ship from China.

Why hasn't an item gotten restocked in a while?
-Sometimes the product may be one-offs, items that will not be restocked after selling out due to certain factors. Other times, the item might've not sold well initially and may not be affordable to restock.

Is there a refund policy?
-As of right now, you can get a refund for items that were wrongly packaged by me, and -NOT- packages that got lost in the system. This may change in the future, please stay tuned!
